A RUSSIAN rock star known as Pussy has been declared insane after he decapitated his girlfriend and used the head to perform oral sex on himself, all while wearing one of her dresses.

The punk rocker, officially named as Aleksandr U., 23, killed Viktoria V., 22, in Voronezh, in south-western Russia, last year.
Police arriving at the scene found Viktoria’s decapitated body, and later found that Alexandr had had sex with her severed head.
